Dr. Carlos Alario-Hoyos, Deputy Director of the UNESCO Chair of Scalable Digital Education for All at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and partner of the EcoCredGT Project, will participate in the 20th Latin American Congress on Learning Objects (LACLO 2025), held from November 4 to 7, 2025, in Medellín, Colombia.
