On August 28 and 29, 2025, Dr. Carlos Alario Hoyos, Deputy Director of the UNESCO Chair of Scalable Digital Education for All at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, will participate in the International Congress on Education: Perspectives and Challenges, organized by Universidad de San Buenaventura, Cali – Colombia.
This congress is a high-level academic forum that brings together students, faculty, researchers, and professionals from both national and international contexts to discuss technology, pedagogy, curriculum, leadership, and human development. Its purpose is to generate collective responses to the educational challenges of the 21st century through reflection and the exchange of experiences.
